Region Basketball Playoffs Scheduled this Weekend

The 2022 Region XV DII Men's Basketball Tournament is set to kick off on Saturday, Feb 26th at host Westchester Community College. The Rockland Hawks (4 seed) are scheduled to play the top seeded and #3 NJCAA nationally ranked Sullivan Community College Generals at 3:00pm in the semifinals. Orange Community College, currently ranked #12 in the nation will play against Westchester Community College in the other semifinal match-up. The Region Finals will be played at 3:30pm on Sunday, Feb 27th.

All games will be streamed live via Facebook Live on the Westchester Vikings Sports Network.

COVID-19 Protocols - Spectators

In accordance with campus COVID-19 protocols, Viking Gymnasium will be limited to 125 spectators on a first come first serve basis. In addition, all spectators must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. While inside of the Physical Education Building, masks must be worn at all times, and social distancing will be enforced. No food or drink will be allowed inside of Viking Gymnasium
