Esports: Rainbow Six team competes for NJCAAE National Championship this Saturday

The RCC Esports Rainbow Six Siege team will compete live on Twitch this Saturday at 6:00pm against the #5 seed Barton Community College from Great Bend, Kansas. Rockland was ranked #2 overall in the playoff standings after going undefeated in the regular season. The Hawks picked up two playoff wins over #7 seed Gogebic Community College and #6 Snow College to qualify for the championship match-up against Barton which earned an 8-1 record this season. Rockland's roster consists of entirely sophomores, 3 of which competed this past Spring in the SUNY Esports League. The Championship match-up will be streamed on Twitch by the NJCAAE broadcast team this Saturday at 6:00pm eastern time. A link to the stream can be found below. Go Hawks!
