2024 Schedule Release

Rockland Athletics is thrilled to announce the release of the 2024 baseball schedule, promising an exciting season of America's favorite pastime.

The 2023-24 Hawks Baseball season kicked off in just a few days, and the Hawks are led by 8th year head coach John Greeley and assistant coaches Steve Rybak, Tom Kalaba, and Tony Farina. Sondey has brought in talent both locally and beyond to compliment the returning athletes in hopes of bringing a Region XV Championship back to Rockland, after a tough lose in the Region final last season. The Hawks bring back 4 Second team All-Region players from last year's team. Sophomore pitchers Jake Laura, Dominic Colarusso and Nick Murphy also return for the Hawks this season. Infield sophomores Dan Sidoti and Patrick Joseph return to the lineup this season. Freshman Outfielders Greg Becker (North Rockland High School), Christian Grosin (North Rockland High School) and Alex Exarchakis (Monroe-Woodbury High School) looks to make a significant impact in the field and at the plate this season. Relievers Sophomore Jude Alvarez (North Rockland High School) and Freshman Marciano Neglia (Saugerties High School) look to add some useful relieve out of the bullpen for the Hawks. Freshman Pitchers Jack Gallagher (Albertus Magnus High College) and Xavier Espaillat (Chester High School) look to bring some depth in the rotation and in the bullpen.
